Free classes

The three free classes cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy a paid plan online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to it, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To cancel, email qurananddeeniyat@gmail.com with your name and the learner's name.

If you ask us to start lessons within those 14 days, you will pay for the lessons already given, in proportion to the full price. We will refund the rest within 14 days of you cancelling, to the payment method you used.

If we cancel a lesson

We will offer a replacement lesson. If you do not want one, we will refund that lesson's share of the fee.

If something is not right

If a lesson is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, tell us. We will put it right by repeating the lesson or, if that is not possible, reducing the price or refunding you, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides.

After the first 14 days
